Board - $550 per month
Key Benefits

Feeding – Hay four times per
day, Grain twice a day, Water three times per day, free choice salt. Hay is
generally second cutting timothy, up to six flakes a day included in board.
Grain is rolled oats, cob mix, or alfalfa pellets, any combination up to four
2lb scoops per day included in board. Water buckets are cleaned one time per
week. |

Stall Cleaning – Provided
once per day seven days a week, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
Day, and Easter. Bedding is shavings. |
 | Turnout – ½ day per horse,
provided seven days per week weather permitting. (In the event of inclement
weather, a case-by-case decision will be made to determine how long and if
horses go out.) If a boarder is unable to utilize turnout due to health or
behavioral factors, no compensation will be made. We will go to great effort
to ensure the safety of horses in turnout, but we are not responsible for
injury or damage to tack in turnout. It is the boarder’s responsibility to
ensure the manageability of horses for turnout. If a horse must have turnout
boots, they will be applied and removed for an additional charge of $30 per
month. This will only be available if the horse is cooperative |

Storage – One locker per
stall, two bridle hangars, one saddle rack, plus additional storage in the
storage shed.

Full use of the
facility including indoor and outdoor arenas, onsite trails and access to
offsite trails, grooming areas and wash racks, laundry facilities and tack
room, lounge with refrigerator, and trailer parking. |

Grooming Services - $7.50
per hour |

Additional Services are
available upon request including clipping, mane pulling, braiding, medical
care, handling for farrier or veterinarian, and trailering |

Barn
Schedule:
6:45am 1st Hay and 1st grain is fed, water,
windows are opened.
8:30am Morning turnout horses go out (If raining, this may be delayed)
11:45am Morning horses come in for lunch; Afternoon horses go out with lunch.
Noon: Hay is fed
4:00pm Afternoon horses come in. (If raining, this may be earlier)
4:15pm 3rd Hay and 2nd grain is fed, water
10:00pm 4th Hay and 3rd grain, water, windows are
closed, lights turned out, all horses checked.
Fire
& Burglar Alarm turned on. |
